I have been used in the no fins (triathlon) training. So I have no means of comparison. But: For me they make a high-quality impression, the material seems stable and thus - hopefully - to be durable. When unpacking and even after a few days of strong odor material (rubber) I noticed. It's really uncomfortable and transfers in the swimming bag to other things. But since it does not affect the function of the fins and the smell fades gradually, I forgive anyway 5 stars (with a half-star deduction ...).
Incidentally, there is no right or left fin. Had expected because Cressi explicitly advertises that it (Source: cressiswim.com) "specially designed for the training and muscle building" was. Would have thought that this is reflected also in the form of fins.
