Coating space quickly

I have the cheese cutter now say more than a year and has, that he is not very good quality. In my half of the coating of the handle is already chipped. This was then sometimes even hanging on the cheese, which does not look particularly tasty. Where no coating is present, the handle has come oxidized that I get black fingers.

I do not understand why a cheese cutter can not manufacture stainless steel so. Because something would never happen.

I turned to the company Westmark and described my problem. Then me a replacement unit was sent from one day to another. Really great service !! The cheese cutter to be dishwasher safe per se, but it may be that the high temperatures damage the coating - so the statement of the company.
They have advised me to clean the cutter by hand.
