When our world has become Christian (Paperback)

Customer Review

What is the point of this book?
On a fairly low historically, we are rather in the thinking of the author on the benefit to Constantine Christianizing the Roman Empire and a conclusion that confirms partial and questionable analysis.
Then the final chapter "Europe she has Christian roots," the author for fifteen centuries of Christianity would not have influenced our continent. A shame as we would have hoped for a finer and detached analysis on the subject, with the positive and negative input, further study on the evolution or changes of Christianity face the challenges he had to face through the centuries and its consequences on the evolution of mentalities.
The author is atheist and claims, which would have been a plus for treating such a subject with hindsight, but the subject deserved better.
