Major drawback is the non-covered surface. The gel filling is here protected only by a thin silicone skin that is very easily glued and hard to clean. Once it is a bit warmer and you get at work up a sweat makes the silicone skin unpleasantly noticeable.
This product price a fabric cover would surely also have been included and useful.
