Good: - Ideal by beautiful Dimensioned Touchpad
Windows key available (Menu button on the PS3)
Beautiful key size (a bit smaller than in "normal" keyboards, but quite to type well.
nice and light
the mini USB transmitter has the back of the keyboard next to the batteries a place for transport
Personally I find batteries for use just fine, because you simply can always substitute it have in the house - on battery power one is more strongly bound

All in all, good keyboard for relatively little money
