WEIGHT LOSS: Logi to Metabolic Diet
Presented by Tim diet is a watered down version of the Anabolic / Metabolic Diet: Man tries to avoid insulin, eats only selected (Logi) foods and avoiding white sugar. May one day a week and is one to feast "to one is bad." Its diet consists of 1.5 pound steak before each meal (= much protein and much testosterone formation). Hmh, I have to, I do not make. Vegetarians are indeed on the verge also mentioned, but if you a "if he can do it, so can I." goes attitude to the book, then this is the point where it stops with me. Nothing against meat - but please in small quantities.
The function such diets is old known, but there are better books with detailed descriptions, dining plans, and so on. Ultimately, is also crucial here: and long-term change motivation. This may decrease a not a book. The small pearl: if you firmly on a small amount of food places (beans) and only selects them, much easier - and not nearly as monotonous as you think. Especially since you yes once may slam the week.
Training:
It will be presented in the strength and endurance training several options for incredible performance improvements. Essentially it is about HIT training. This part is much too close to it. The problem at the HIT is not that Technick per se (a few, extremely slow repetitions, only once a week per muscle group). Problems lie in the details: When I need five seconds to lift the weight eg breathing, then I can not "normal" breathe. Most importantly, the mental side. One has to be really resistant _sehr_ pain, only bringts. That's why volume training is better Suited for most - you can better distribute the pain .-) there to hit in Germany a couple of really good books.
Other:
A guide to three minutes to stop breathing, various tips for legal drugs, measurement method for all kinds of things (waist circumference, blood analysis, etc.), increasing sexual performance (Brazil nuts, cabbage and steak), a range of exciting topics. Unfortunately, often very American. I'd like to do the extensive blood analysis - only I find here in CH no laboratory where I can do that directly. My GP always scolds me when I come to him as a healthy ... It remains to be seen whether the German version is only translated or researched.
Conclusion:
I have the motivation taken, again to make ne HIT + Metabolic Diäts phase. I know already and I'm already at 10% body fat, but, precisely, one can never get enough .-)
Were new to me the kettlebells, I just try out - and have powerful muscles in unusual places.
Really learned what I did not, because I have already read much better books, such as the books of
Jürgen Giessing or
Christian Loeffelholz.
Tim never goes really deep, ranging only as an introduction. After all, I've also often laughed, and that is indeed worth what :-)
