For the Sony A77, this lens is just perfect Where other lenses in the Sony A77 24MP weaken noticeably, coming on with the Sony SAL-2875 2.8 enthusiasm. Hardly edge shades and even at maximum aperture a crisp sharpness is second to none! The minimum focal length of 28mm (42mm KB) might be a bit smaller but thats another way to come to terms, who goes specifically to ultra wide angle, will anyway find a different focal length Pleasant I find the relatively low weight for a 2,8er aperture and convincing haptics.
