For over twenty years I use stainless steel pots. My "old" but had Bakelitgriffe and -deckelknöpfe, so I could not put in the oven or in the dishwasher. This Möglichkeite I find very good for the Elo-pots. However, the metal handles have the disadvantage that they are very hot, even when cooking on the stove. The scale and the rounded internal edges in each pot are very practical. There, if there was a cover for each of the small pots would be nice. All in all I am very satisfied so far, the price / performance ratio.
