Good machine, miserable delivery!

Machine was delivered within 5 days, the exact delivery date (time corridor) I could pick me. Unfortunately, Hermes came to a very different time than desired, and cried just about 14 hours in advance to to tell me this. Of course I had to take leave so short, what was possible to happiness. Amazon was very accommodating and refunded me the cost of the desired date within 3 days back. Unfortunately this was not the case at Hermes, and my complaints were abgebügelt with standard statements (audacity).

So now to the machine.

The machine holds seven kilos and has a number of programs. I bought the machine, especially because it has been well tested by Stiftung Warentest and is to have very favorable.

The machine is now about 2 weeks use and runs very well. The program selection is the default. What thrilled me in the machine is its volume, or the barely existing volume. Even during the spin cycle, the machine is quite quiet. When hot / colored wash program is thrown by default with 1400 U / min. Unfortunately, the water consumption is quite high.

In large and whole, this machine is highly recommended, as it consumes very little power and the laundry is cleaned properly. At this price, you will hardly be able to buy better with these characteristics.
