The new Tocotronic plate is there. "KOOK" is a wonderful album that shines through both its development and its so typical style elements of Tocotronic music. Somehow the latest work of the very best German bands seem to be a consistent increase in the first year. The texts are even better, so awesome melancholic and honest directly as musical rounder and more harmonious. The "wild" past outbreaks plates have almost disappeared. There are really only good songs but as absolutely ingenious pieces are the following stand out: "Jackpot" with the best chorus of the plate, "Let There Be Rock" with its intro and the great brass inserts, and "day without shade" as ingenious banal instrumental , In summary, I would "KOOK" not particularly want to single out from the work of Tocotronic, but it is the latest and most adult plate and therefore probably just at the moment your best.
