To refine I have but a little modified:
The flan I sprinkled (against Durchweichung) thin with flaked almonds. Then have fresh strawberries (500 g cup) cleaned, cut into columns and spread over the flaked almonds. The strawberries I lightly sweetened with a little powdered sugar. Only then the Tiortencreme about.
So many strawberry columns, as I wanted to cut pieces of cake, I have saved for decoration and spread on top of the cream evenly on the edge.
Tastes especially good when a day, "pulled".
Work makes the preparation of the cake cream but only slightly less than if traditional touches a mass created.
The dishes at the end of the cake preparation is also not less.
As you shop, the cream of the cake cream fresh (I have not always what in the house) must be matured for several hours in the refrigerator and the cake, the cake cream is (despite approximately 1 year shelf life after my purchase), also not for the unplanned rapid cake suitable for a surprise visit.
The refined finished cake looks like homemade and tastes good too.
As no layman might be overwhelmed in the preparation and the result is very appetizing, from me five stars.
