This book is excellent. It differs from the books that give advice bcp but leave the important part, I think, for example in the book of Phil Helmutt (poker pro) which advises us to play tight (good advice), but that does not give much details, except that it tells many stories where it has the best role. Which is great, we love you Phil bcp. This book is more in the vein of the work of Dan Harrington, 10 but the power on everything calculation. If you have read Dan Harrington and that you enjoyed it then this book is for you. As Dan Harrington, the important thing is not the victory but the key is to make the right decisions. Matter of winning or losing money, it is important to optimize your hands, taking into account the situation (which should save you over the long term). This book is terrible because it gives food for thought about the methods and theories to use, it provides a solid foundation upon which you can rely. Well, it is true that we have to stuff the calculations, which are not always well understood the logic (but to force redo we finally understand), but it's an interesting and rewarding. Moreover, it is very didactic, chapter purposes summarize the important points and concepts to remember. As for English, it's really easy to understand English, they are common words and technical vocabulary of poker is easy to understand (often these are the words used in French). It is a work to read it, but the effort is worth it.
