The 2 star deduction there is one part of the packaging (in a shipping box with some plastic, which certainly does not correspond to the original packaging), and secondly for the quality / price ratio - two flat nozzles and that was it. Would buy a hair dryer for this manufacturer again, but look for more favorable variants - and there is.
