I use this shell for two months and I am very content. She has the SmartCase replaced by Apple.
Apple SmartCase protects iPad better, but provides much less adjustment possibilities.

When worn, the iPad3 goes with me not always. That is, the magnets are not placed accurately enough in the envelope.
