The only criticism would be the lack of guidance on insertion of hard drives. Thus, the plate change is designed sometimes a bit complicated. With a bit of tact should not be a problem. But there happens to be a multi-device for various storage media. For the cheap price you can ask for more in my opinion neither expected more.
