First, why the E-M5 Mark II:
Since I am of various lenses already owned by the Pen Pm2 and therefore, I focused primarily on Micro Four Thirds.
In the pen I have spent a lot of time with the incorporation into the system, a switch to another controller had told me honest too cumbersome.
Compared E-M1 vs. E-M5 MII I relied on various forums, most of whom come to the E-M5.
And yes, I also want high res. Take pictures :)
Video is of secondary importance, and after 2 weeks I can not say anything about it yet.
The menu here also requires a high learning curve, in which the camera can be completely adjusted to your needs. All buttons and wheel are quasi personalisierbar- for many a user (like me) here would turn into a small workshop at;)
All technical properties are tested over and over, here I do not like repeating myself.
Toll I think the opportunities for creative (advertising keeps what it promises), therefore also including the folding screen was a "+" for the purchase.
Live bulb and live view I find extremely well (bulb, there was already in the pen), Live View allows inter alia air painting on a brilliantly simple way (all lighter image pixels are the output image added, while not changing areas remain the same) ,
The art filters and the automatic settings ever get a private, easy access by bike and yes, I use it every now and then: If I like a car setting for my motive saves me simply something very precious: My Time.
To overview a few times flora fauna recordings, partly enlargements (max 50%), all shot with the kit lens 12-40. The pictures have been compressed for the web to about 200 kb and the normal range reworked (! Lightweight! Sharpening, adjust contrast / brightness, 1x conversion in b / w). The Apple Blossom was created by Art filter, on the b / w image is a young rhubarb leaf to see.
