First impression: good to excellent

The device is really great, even if I get around to test the first time not yet able to exploit the full range of functions, I am satisfied. Because of my fundamental skepticism initially but there's "only" 4 stars.

What convinced me:
- Works on (Canon) G11, EOS 40D, EOS 5D3 with NEM Canon 580EXII and Metz AF43. The 5D3 offers me even the entire menu for the wireless functions. Settings from the cameras out without any problems, which I still use the transmitter directly (goes direct / faster).
- 1/8000 I've tried - going
- When you press the preview button and the model light fires
- Slightly annoying is that one of the recipients has temporarily dropouts
- The AF-assist illuminator (not to G11) does its purpose, however, are the "crosses" on the 5D not quite congruent with the AF points over each other - but everything goes.

Extremely positive, I find that the device (as well as the receiver) does not stink to cheap plastic (DAS! Counterexample are the tripod bag Walimex I already hatte- in my desperation in the washing machine to no avail)

Round package at a fair price - with 2 receivers around 100. In the end, only a pity that Canon did not get it baked itself (and if not for the price).
