I apply the dietary advice of Guillain France: the oh yum fruit in the morning and 3 cases of vegetables + 3 cases cereal or tuber + 1tbs vegetables at every meal along with a tablespoon of sesame oil or olive oil (I have 2 cases of rapeseed oil in the yum O fuits morning) and I lose weight without being hungry, my body strengthened (I do not believe it!) and the mood is set fair.
