Very pleasant, full-bodied whiskey

Have on the recommendation of my whiskey dealer after my announcement, "I need something without smoke but full-bodied, no cask strength but strong!" the Glendronach get recommended 15 Revival and bought.

Nose:
First thought: Christmas cookies, sweet, vanilla, slightly sour jam, toffee

Mouth:
Hmmm, a real mouthful of whiskey, is the same everywhere, the cookies again association, sweet, strong, not soft spicy, chocolate cake

Neck:
Laaaaang, leaving a Nachtischeindruck

Conclusion:
A nice addition to the whiskey bar. Strong, but not spicy, sweet but not intrusive. Overall, round and well-matched.
Full marks and a buy rating as a potent counterpart Islaywhiskys.
