Property me this dumbbell bars ordered as already offered with the spring locking and I needed it for my training. The build quality is great! Especially the fluted "inside" makes the barbell really grippy. The spring locks are not able to give the impression of a solid balance of weights at the beginning, but keep the weights securely in place. 5 stars and buy recommendation from me.
