After several attempts to get rid of the annoying Plantar Fasciitis (stretching exercises, deposits, etc.), has this - admittedly somewhat clunky but quite convenient rail, let my complaints within about 2 weeks away! Only the pain disappeared immediately after getting up and in no time I was completely pain-free.

In related by overpronation Plantar Fasciitis therefore highly recommended!
