delighted with my purchase. My matches fries are cooked in 4 minutes! Heating time for the fryer is at the right temperature: 10 minutes, so fries in 15 minutes flat! I also made chicken nuggets home, donuts, breaded fish .... great for large amounts (we have 4 children and we often invite people to table) With a tour, I can make enough fries 8personnes to 6 if they are really big eaters. The best part is the tap to filter the oil which allows me to empty the fryer after each use (I put the oil in original bottle) and all the rooms (the room with the electric cord) I passes to the dishwasher. So everything is always immaculate, without odors and dirt that can be found on other fryers. In short, I highly recommend! ('m American, I apologize for spelling errors!)
