Hard drive bought on Feb. 13; already unusable to 15 April. When I plug my PC or Mac, it comes on and the engine running inside but impossible to access the data, or even to view the HDD. The service number given by Toshiba Amazon does not work, and the help desk of their site still does not remember me. It remains to see how long my father's (1TB) will last (though I do not want him) .. Stay away so !!!
