Sensible phone with software failures of foreign base

Gigaset phones I use for a long time and just the old models were robust and reliable. With the Fritz box and the new devices continue to function well. With around 4 keystrokes can even use the phone Fritzbox. The baby monitor feature is quite handy and reliable suitable for us. The menu and select which is possible in a pleasant speed, which is not self-evident at all Gigaset models.

Unfortunately, in our discussions are already 'lost' before accepting gone because the phone is restarted. This happens reliably when you press a certain operation button during an incoming call. This error is present at least in the current C620 and E630.

The phones C620 and E630, the phone reboots when an incoming call the upper menu button (up arrow) pushes. The error exists probably for some time (the E630 we have 5 months).
