So for all the then Studio Headphones expect quality - far from it. I own next to the Koss an AKG 271 Mk II (as a closed studio KH) and have to say there are sound worlds apart. The Koss missing for the AKG still a lot of acoustic resolution, in particular in the middle registers as vocals, guitar, etc.
For the better: The sound is outstanding for the price segment, same applies to the wearing comfort. Furthermore, the KH is quite robust (even if it initially not give the impression). The Koss has become through his right manageable pack size to my constant companion.
A star deduction there is ultimately only for the slightly labbrige cable (which should be once been times better ???). I would also be interested in how the KH sounds when anloetet a slightly better cable.
Conclusion: good for good sound (the way) but not designed for professional use.
