I bought this book on board a lot of people. Curiously, the recommended foods are mostly foods that I do not digest at all like rye which is the No. 1 enemy of my intestines. Moreover, I find the author's theory a little ole ole. For me, there is nothing scientific, just assumptions, major theories based on an original idea. All the people I know who did this regime did not last long. The success of effect occurs from almost all plans through a system of our unconscious too often forgotten: self-persuasion. I do not think that we can find a diet that suits the whole class of individuals. Every person is different, with a history and genes which cause particular problems. Generalization is always dangerous and simplistic.
