I was really looking forward to this product. From the information which the manufacturer promises I am absolutely thrilled. Unfortunately, I have never received such a product which is also functional. The first "ZE-VE400" responded very sluggishly with extremely a lot of pressure on the touch pad,. I got after about 2 months a replacement unit. In between there were without asking repeatedly no status messages now what happens next. Well good because you can look the other way about it. So in December (around 4 months after purchase) I received compensation. This did not respond to operation. I have now written to the company in accordance with and am curious what will happen next and if I get a replacement. I think somehow not intend to have a sunday 2x caught product. Anyone who wants to save the hassles and settle for USB 2.0 are I recommend the predecessor product "ZE-VE300". A colleague in this application and is very happy with it
