Work for several months now with the part (medium hardness) and can find nothing but praise for the benefit! Where I had insbesonere after long tough forest trail runs with a lot of climbing and partly bad calf pain for days even without role, this problem now no longer comes before even after prolonged Bergauszeit. The thighs feel much smoother. At home it does most certainly hurt like hell, I felt the same way. Inbes. on the tract (Lateral thigh) it was hardly possible at the beginning, more than 2-3x to roll it yourself with your Supports the other arm / leg on and off. Meanwhile, I lay with full weight on it and roll relaxed 10x up and down. A long part painful way, which makes itself but really paid. The regeneration is shortened considerably and the next training usually feels much better than they did without.
The device is certainly more suitable for the legs than to the upper body, as regards the size. The back is certainly workable so, from my own experience but I feel this is no particular benefit. Complete legs, butt and lower back are thus very easy to reach. Do not want to do without it and immediately feel the difference when I was by 1.5 weeks "roll-lazy" ....
