I have provided the Candy Grabber as a fun birthday gift. As spontaneous person I am, of course, come out only three days before the birthday party that I still need a gift. Everything not a problem thanks to the Amazon 24 hours has been sent off by which the package delivered in time for the birthday date. When I went to the Grabber, which was now filled with plenty of sweets and brand new try's batteries, two hours before the party start was great astonishment. According to the manual should follow the coin a "funny music sound" and start the game, what happened in reality was sobering: No music, no light, no movement. Simply nothing. If I had been in possession of a substitute gift, I would have sent that thing directly back. However, this was not the case. So I took the Grabber apart completely. This is noticed very positive to me that at this products everything was screwed. Nothing glued, welded or clipped (+1 Star). The error was found very quickly. The contact point which is compressed by the coin was processed unclean. At some an unknown impurity, probably plastic, has prevented the contact. Thus, no start signal from the coin was triggered off. The problem was resolved quickly with a soldering iron. I had to "melt away" only the plastic layer. And lo and behold: The "funny music" sounded and the game went off (due to this immense success experience: + 1 Star). At the party, the Candy Grabber hit like a bomb. It formed a cluster of people around the unit, which would not go away all evening and all night. And the donee person was completely out of Häusschen happiness. (+2 Star)
When the star now counts up to get to a final score of 4 stars. Since the error in my product was probably an isolated case (at least I have never read in any other review of this problem) I can every man of a gift requires this product recommend highly.
