Many people seem to the device, the problem with newer operating systems, or to have 64 bit ... I can not confirm. I've used Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and my module has been properly programmed. So had no problems! Negative was only that no explanation enclosed and you should be smart enough to call on the carton printed page, there because there are very detailed written instructions for downloading!
