super mat for fitness equipment

I laid me this Fitness underlay mat with the dimensions 200cm x 90cm for my weight bench (Body-Solid Powerline PFID130X) in order to get any quirks and scratches on the floor. Another reason for buying the mat was decreasing the disturbing noises, which, amazingly, pretty good work up almost perfectly.

Construction / unpacking:
The mat should complain before use at the edges with weight plates or with books, because the Fitness mat rolled comes out of the package role.
Noise reduction:
The mat absorbs the sounds properly, so you need not to worry about the subtenant :)

Soil protection:
Here the 0.7cm thick Fitness pad protects the floor from scratches optimal o. Ä.

Slip resistance:
For me the mat lies on a linoleum floor. There she remains almost stick.
This has the advantage that you can specifically focus on the exercises without having to take care of the slipping of the mat.

Shelf life:
Since I have the mat only since about a month ago, I can not say much on this sub-item.
But what struck me positively was that imprints upon removal of dumbbell weights or dumbbells were only briefly perceive on the mat. This disappeared after about 10 minutes. again on its own.

Positive:
-0,7cm Sufficiently thick soil protection
Protects the floor perfectly

Mat is firmly on the ground, without it sliding
-Very good quality of Fitness mat
-Good price / performance ratio

Negatives:
-I Was nothing I could complain about at the place mat.

-> I can highly recommend this fitness mat, who for little money the floor
seeks to protect and suppress the resulting noise while exercising.
