Here are 6 months since I bought this book. I am delighted and I always use several times a week. Ideal for practicing at home outside the classroom, to continue to progress or mostly varied postures and their preparations. I think you must be at least one to two years of practice to exploit it. This is the yoga of energy, ie a progressive yoga, adapted to Western where each session focuses on posture. It is not a question of "an Indian yoga or it connects major postures (cobra, bow, triangle ...). THANKS TO AUTHORS !!!
