The recipes are easy. We are 2 to have bought my girlfriend a slow cooker Seb and I, a Cuisinart. The recipes are well suited to both !! There are of course some adjustments from one to another but if the earnings in the first test are not perfect, they are never wrong !! You strictly follow what is indicated and voila !! Simmer very traditional fans (stew ...) will be disappointed but personally, I think that's the advantage of this book, there are classic but also a lot of inventive recipes (soups, exotic recipes, dishes to receive ...).
