I bought this book hoping to get a detailed training plan with suggestions. But the book is much more a list of different stretching techniques and basic positions. These can be found but in virtually every martial arts book. The in between inserted pages for meditation I feel rather than notes on a positive mental attitude and not as an exercise aid. There is in this book short sequences for practice, but no coherent form / Kata or instructions for partner exercises ect. Who wants to buy a book with some stretching exercises and beautiful images, but is correct.
