I have received a few days spare. The service of XTPower is very good. I can adjust my rating so again.
Addendum:
Unfortunately, my Power Bank now shuts off when connecting a device to the DC Out.
An inquiry to the Hesteller was answered promptly, should I send the unit.
Here the manufacturer's response to my question whether because a short circuit in the connected device may be the cause of the defect.
"This power bank is designed for max. 2A current on the DC output.
If more current is drawn, then accesses the short circuit protection or overcurrent protection.
This power bank takes however no harm and should work on again. "
A reassessment I forgive when the Power Bank has been repaired.

Have the unit only recently and am fully satisfied
Long-term experience I will grudge.
Unfortunately, the Power Bank is not suitable for my intended use, as it turns off when the 12V output a device operates the less than 200mA consumed. A recommendation of the Power Bank stays on at 12V and 100mA from just I would be very grateful.
