we look for in a shamanic book
understanding to what and how shamanism
how practiced
errors not to do

and what have in this book:
they all have a corresponding individual evolution, written in simple whose author begins in any case on the front of the scene by showing its years of experience as I read in another book written by d another author on the subject.
engages matches the person giving the time to understand and practiced to increase their individual level.

basically a simple book, written just for single people wanting to evolve into shamanism.
