A book written with great humor and that helps us gain perspective on our lives, to fully assume, without causing harm to our environment and still get better and better. Examples that speak simple sentences or phrases that make us feel good because we can laugh about anything as long as we do not hurt people. Lists to verify that important points are well assimilated, post-its for the fridge (my favorite: "If you love me, support me even in my mistakes") ...
