Heated area differs considerably from the specified size from (only about 50% of the lower bed are heated)

The Wärmeunterbett has a size of 150 * 80 cm. As you would expect also that the lower bed is almost the entire surface warm. A margin of perhaps 2 cm, which by design can not be warmed, is certainly normal. But not that! Right and left missing 13 cm, above 21 cm and below 15 cm. The heated area is therefore only about 115 * 56 cm, which are only about 50% of the lower bed. This has nothing to do with technical conditions!

My first guess was, there is a defect. I had already installed unfortunately without trying completely in bed. It was only when I had them taken out again was to see that there are no heating wires to said edges. Since the lower bed is quite thin, you can see very clearly the wires also.

In my view, is here a significant deficiency, since a much larger heating surface is suggested than is actually available. An indication of the smaller heated surface that is missing. For the actually delivered heating surface the offer is no longer bargain, smaller sub-beds with the same heating surface has been around less.
