It's also quieter

Very nice card because I do not want to contradict the other reviewers. A flaw has the card, however, it is in fact only relatively quiet. The fans run at idle with about 40%, which is clearly audible, if you have a quiet PC. However, this 40% are completely unnecessary, because by the good cooling structure and the three fans also rich inaudible 20% of the maximum speed for the desktop entirely. The Windows driver and the Gigabyte tool offer is no facility to set a minimum speed in automatic mode. After I patched with RBE Bios the map, I unfortunately had to find that the Windows driver overrides these settings (under Linux the least and also the Hochjaulen the card at boot time is prevented with the patch).

Luckily, the competition is a free Windows solution - with the program of MSI Afterburner you can set the minimum speed for the automatic mode. Even under full load rotates the map now just over 40% and remains cool.
