My computer with Intel i5 processor and 8GByte RAM (with a rather unkempt Windows and highly fragmented disk) needed a total of almost 120 seconds until he was ready. Many programs (games, graphics and Live Mail) needed at boot time is also an eternity, the memory operations were partly extremely slow at slightly larger files.

The Crucial MX200 SSD comes in a cardboard box unspectacular, an installation manual unfortunately I have searched in vain. That there is a ready installation instructions available on the website of Crucial to download, I discovered only in retrospect by chance.
The installation ended up being much more complicated than we thought. By mirroring software Acronis True Image, which was easy to download and install, I could easily make a copy of the old disk with Windows and all major programs.

I have the computer directly started yet or because I liked it hard to believe and also my important programs (GIMP graphics editing, Live Mail, various games) now start in no time.

How well do the other features of SSD, will be really estimate probably only over time. But right away, I am absolutely delighted with the performance of the Crucial MX200!
