I had done on a near my home airport, a discovery flight with an experienced pilot who had let me handle qques moments to make a turn or two ... Anyway after this flight, the pilot m ' was advised to buy a spreader ... only three years after I bought this pro Saitek rudder pedal (the price also made me decided to purchase) ... I already possessed the Saitek X52 Pro alone .. . Article received three days after the order (the package does not seem very strong) but the article was in the original carton himself in an anonymous transport carton. The rudder pedal was in perfect condition and easy implementation on condition of prior consultation on the forum SAITEK (in English) the qques precautions for setting various axes to play with FSX. Apart from all this configuration part that seemed simple, I still regret that the USB cable for the connection to be a bit short if the CPU is placed on a desk because from the ground where the rudder is placed pedal the cable is too short and I had to buy a USB extension cord. Another regret is that the weight of this yoke is light enough and when we use the feet with the force applied on a smooth floor like parquet or linoleum well it slips: FYI my solution was the purchase, from a specialty shop camper / caravan, a piece (it is sold at the price of very cheap meter) slip mat you put in the ground closets or other storage. Note however that the rudder pedal on its base has passages for fastening screws. In summary this is a good product quality / price ratio currently and month of daily use (about 2/3 hours per day) not only concern a malfunction. If you do not have a rudder, it is the right time to buy one, enjoy!
