In my copy, there were unfortunately two little problems.
On the one hand the ball head was somehow vergriesnaddelt, he allowed himself to really determine from the outset never, so the camera was always sad aufmontierte hung his head after a few seconds.
It was to do nothing, there is a seemingly simple (apparently rare) material failure to act, because neither the one described in other reviews tightening the locking screws still repeated disassembly and reassembly could cause the mechanism to properly lock.
The second problem is not only that of my copy, but apparently concerns all Mantona tripods in this series:
It stinks really barbaric.
As I go take a lot in old buildings and factories, I am barbaric stench usual and would not describe myself as nasal Zimperling, but by the rubber coating of Mantona tripod I really get a headache when I long time with him in one room spent.
I've hopeful example only times be properly evaporate on the balcony, but that did little helped.
I would have been willing to stand to keep and easy aufzumontieren a new head, but this almost certainly harmful smell for me is clear exclusion criterion.
Too bad, because the thing is the best compromise between stability, robustness, good head and weight, I've ever seen in this price range.
I hope gets the Mantona with again and builds a new series with some gesundheitszuträglicherem foam.
