Should not be a problem for anyone who has ever built a cabinet or other enclosed together. For me, it took 5 minutes, if at all. Necessary tools and more with.
Quality
The foam rubber really stinks beastly of "Pups" or a rotten egg. The canes making ansich a stable impression, but I would not hang out with more than 80KG to this frame, because it is already bending at me with 75KG. After a few Klimzügen at the door, the frame already shaking very strong rum and then the screws had to be tightened again. A small booklet with exercises, etc. is also included and is of very good quality.
Product Description - Does it fit for my door?
I have, of course, the description read before buying and then unfortunately had now find that there are in fact not fit properly. Amenities in the product description: "For pull-ups a door frame with a width of about 61-81cm and a depth of about 12-16 cm is ideal." My door frame has a depth of 16cm, but without outer door frame - this makes me the door depth = 16cm + 2x 2cm doorframe = 20cm. If you ausmesst it, then really the complete framework that is, what goes through the wall + something out is outside the wall, this is 20cm with me and thus can the device do not use very much because you get the impression it falls at any moment down, since it is only held at pressure and is not fully resting on the wedge. Furthermore, I recommend to buy pipe insulation and to attract to the door bar, otherwise unsightly grooves makes in the doorway because the foam rubber is too thin at the hardware store.
On the whole, it will unfortunately go back. I now have first ordered one, which / depth can be set for the door frame.
