I prefer steak medium grilled ... and there they are before they show from the outside only slightly tan already completely Duch cooked .... the taste is worse than I'd fry a steak in the pan.
Since normal marinietes meat only at the center back of the grill surface undergoes little toasty aromas. I will personally try to give back the grill!
The temperature with the lid closed has not risen with me never (even after hours) over 250Grad.
