I'm trying for many months to make the perfect pizza, which I now also manages quite well. There was only ever had problems to get the pizza on the pizza stone. I had previously used the pizza peel of Contacto and the dough stuck despite very short time spent and much Gries as a 'lubricant' always on. The Tarte plank of wood this always succeed. Thus, I give good piece (also because of the price) 5 stars. I highly recommend it!
