I always use the thermal compound MX-2. Technical High conductivity, low thermal resistance, electrically non-conductive, non-chargeable, non-hardening, non-corrosive, not dehydration, that's why I always take back the paste, so far had no problems. Tube contains 4g, enough for a lot of exchange of processors.
