The two batteries I have had and tested in a driving tour with us.
For exterior:
The Wicked Chili battery is equal in shape as the GoPro battery.
And fits very well into the GoPro camera.
The practical flap, for easy pulling out is also tuned as we know it from the original.
Now for the term:
I have both batteries fully charged, successively inserted into the camera and the same action switched to the recording mode.
My Cam is running with the new batteries, in this mode, just over one and a half hours (without Wi-Fi and without Bacpack)
My GoPro is set to the in my opinion most widely used video adjustment: Wide 1080p and 60fps.
If you change the settings to 720p 48fps Wide, then the battery runs roughly the mentioned 118 minutes.
Performance will vary slightly, depending on the camera and the mileage of the two batteries is almost equal.
In addition to the video mode I tried out the batteries in the timelapse mode and could, in both cases, absorb nearly 5100 photos until the batteries went empty.
This corresponds to an input power of more than 2hours 45 in the mode.
(Exact setting: 2 frames per second and 12MP wide)
I hope this helps you in your decision recession.
Personally, I can only recommend these batteries due to their precise fit and great mileage because it almost exactly match the values of the original ago the Hero 3+.
And most importantly, the price is very very low for the double pack.
