Works great. Blocks rarely jam. Ability: +/- 10 sheets. Attractive price. A fault: no carrying handle and not very easy handling. After about a year: failure. On examination, the shredder mechanism is housed in a thin plastic shell, which was split for no apparent reason. Unrepairable.
Finally, I bought the same: competition is worse (in +/- 30 years, this is my 5th Machine), except to pay several hundred dollars for a professional machine with a specialist.
