The sound of the right ear sizzles on the two helmets I ordered

1st order: operating normally and no problem to connect the headset to the computer, but the sound of the right ear sizzles very irritatingly listening to music (although not strong, although this should not come into account ). I say "hey, it's certainly a defect inside the helmet, I'll exchange it.".
So I see him first and recommended another.

2nd order: Same problem. I can not compare but I think the sizzle and even more intense in the second. I try to see if the problem disappears using the jack wire; the sizzle is hardly attenuated.
And even if it would have disappeared, the fact that this helmet is not able to function normally in Bluetooth function is unacceptable.

I do not understand how it is possible that this problem is found in all the helmets of this model, as confirmed by other reviews. It is a defect that should have been detected by the manufacturer, and I also very difficult to believe that he is unaware as it seems obvious, especially recurrent.
