The balance is delicate and really only to be used as a letter scale. How to work with it in the kitchen, is beyond me. One can namely draufstehen pots, because they no longer can be set up, because the pot is too heavy. The accuracy is not very high. If you're looking for a pure letter scale or a scale for small things you drauflegt right, perfect. Not suitable for anything.
